B.Sc. Honours (Plant Health) For the honours course in Plant Health PPG696, PPG698 and PWS614 are compulsory, whereas three other modules have to be selected, in consultation with the division head, from PPG614, ENT654, PLK654 and PLK664. An examination paper of three hours must be answered in each of those selected from the latter modules. After completion of PWS614 an oral examination is undertaken. Continuous assessment takes place in PPG696 and a project report is required for PPG698. Click here for a detailed list of courses.
B.Sc. Agric. Honours For the honours course in Plant Pathology PPG696, PPG698 and PWS614 are compulsory, whereas three other modules have to be selected, in consultation with the division head, from PPG614, PPG624, PPG634 or PPG644. An examination paper of three hours must be answered in each of those selected from the latter modules as well as in PWS614. M.Sc. Students in possession of a B.Sc. Hons. (Plant Health) degree can be admitted, in consultation with the Department of Plant Sciences, to the Master's program in Plant Pathology. Required modules are:
PPG700 Dissertation 240 credits
M.Sc. Agric Students in possession of a B.Sc. Agric Hons. degree can be admitted, in consultation with the Department of Plant Sciences, to the Master's program in Plant Pathology. Required modules are:

Alternatively, students in possession of an appropriate B.Sc. Agric or equivalent degree can be admitted, in consultation with the Department of Plant Sciences, to the Master's program in Plant Pathology. Required modules are:
PPG700 Dissertation 120 credits PPG701 Research skills in Plant Pathology 48 credits PPG702 Advanced Plant Pathology 48 credits PPG703 Seminar and tutorials 24 credits
Ph.D. Students in possession of an appropriate Master's degree can apply, in consultation with the Department of Plant Sciences, for admission to the PhD degree in Plant Pathology.
